I am writing my honest review. I had surgery on 12.07.24 (stage 4 hemorrhoids + fissure + polyps). The surgery itself was painless!!!! The first night, thanks to the girls-sisters (God bless them with health for their work!), also went at “4”. Further advice will follow))). Listen to your doctor! And everything will be fine! My mistake 1) I went back to work two weeks after the surgery (you need to take three weeks!) 2) It is advisable for someone to help you at home after the surgery for the first 3-5 days! 3) Diet! And once again diet! 4) Do not lift anything heavy! (This is important!) 5) Chew your food well and drink plenty of water! Now words of gratitude: I am very glad that on my life’s path I met such a person as Anastasia Vasilievna Makukha! I am very grateful to her for her work and attention! The doctor was in touch with me 24/24!!! Thank you very much!!!! Once again I want to thank Anastasia Vasilievna for everything and I wish her good luck in everything! P.S. The first 3-5 days will not be easy, but it is possible to survive it! Good luck!
The operation went smoothly. The entire staff is very correct, polite, neat, professional. Service 10 out of 10. Nurses come to help with any call. The food is delicious, the beds are comfortable. Everything is there. No complaints at all.

Hello! I have been living with this problem for 15 years. It was scary, embarrassing, and painful to go to the doctor. When I came to Virtus, I met an amazing person and a wonderful doctor, Anastasia Vasilievna. She approached me from the first minute, with a positive outlook on further treatment, explained, scolded, and helped with recommendations. We are preparing for the operation… it doesn’t hurt, it’s not scary and it’s not embarrassing. I definitely recommend the doctor to anyone who wants to get rid of the problem once and for all!
I was afraid to go to the doctor for 20 years. There were trips to other specialists (not Virtus) with consequences for me. And of course, with the problem that I have, it was scary. So I dragged on until I could no longer endure the pain. I made an appointment with Nosko Platon Mikhailovich. I was looked and explained everything. And I found another problem, a fistula. It turned out that I could not do without the operation. First there was treatment to relieve inflammation. One operation was carried out (there are two more). Operation was successfully completed. Honestly, I was preparing for severe pain and all that, but there was practically no pain and everything was ok. You can do anything, but not heavy. The doctor is really very good, I can safely say that. He treats his work with heart. I wish Platon Mikhailovich only the most important thing – good health, strength, patience. Good luck and everything you need for the soul and body. They also need rest. And the doctor is very good. And he also has an assistant, Karinochka, such a smart girl, she knows everything, knows how, attentive, charming. Yes, there are no words at all.
