I would like to leave my sincere review of the clinic and, especially, of the doctor who helped me believe again that even a difficult problem can be solved.

Her name is Anastasiia Vasylivna Makukha, a colorectal surgeon whom I travel to see for treatment from Kyiv to Odesa. And this is not simply a trip to another city to receive medical care. I consciously choose to travel specifically to this doctor because, after several surgeries and three years of problems caused, unfortunately, by a medical error, Anastasiia Vasylivna became the specialist whom I was able to trust completely.

During our first meeting, I was impressed not only by how professionally and confidently she understood my situation, but also by the way she saw a path toward solving the problem. She explained very clearly what was happening, what could be done, and what kind of result we could aim for. And most importantly, I immediately had the feeling: «This is the doctor who knows what she is doing.»

Anastasiia Vasylivna is a person who truly lives for her profession. Her eyes light up when she talks about her work. You can feel her enormous love for medicine, confidence in her knowledge, and constant desire to develop professionally and help people. At the same time, behind all this professionalism is an exceptionally warm and humane attitude toward her patients.

She is always available, always finds the right words, supports and reassures her patients, and genuinely cares about them. Sometimes it feels as though she is also an excellent psychologist because she knows not only how to treat a person, but also how to restore their faith and inner strength when their problems have left them feeling completely helpless.

I would also like to say something about her incredible dedication and capacity for work. She is raising two children, has a huge number of patients, continues to develop professionally, and is writing her dissertation. Despite all this, she remains attentive, compassionate, and available to her patients.

For me, Anastasiia Vasylivna is a Doctor with a capital D. A talented surgeon, an exceptionally beautiful, bright, and charismatic young woman, and, most importantly, a person whom I feel I can trust with my health.

I would also like to address those who may have been living with a problem for years, have not received a clear answer, have become disappointed with treatment, and are already losing hope. Do not lose it. Sometimes you simply need to find your doctor — someone who is not afraid of complex cases, sees a solution, and confidently guides the patient toward a result.

For me, that doctor became Anastasiia Vasylivna Makukha!

I travel to see her from Kyiv to Odesa because, for me, trust in a doctor matters far more today than the distance. And I am sincerely grateful to fate for having found her.
