Consultation with a dermatologist

During the consultation, the dermatologist collects the patient’s history and complaints, conducts a series of preliminary studies – dermatoscopy, and, if necessary, examination with a Wood’s lamp (diagnostic ultraviolet lamp, which can be used to diagnose fungal infections, lichen and other dermatological problems) and a skin biopsy.

After the appointment, the patient receives a preliminary diagnosis and initial prescriptions, which will help eliminate unpleasant symptoms and will not affect the diagnosis of the dermatological disease.
