I have suffered from acne for more than 10 years since my teenage years, no treatment, care or cosmetologists helped. However, meeting Dr. Shundriy Anastasia Anatolyevna changed my life.

I got an appointment in Kyiv, after a thorough analysis of past attempts at therapy, they decided to prepare for treatment with systemic retinoids. Even at the first meeting, I was struck by the systematicity and gradualness of Anastasia’s approach, which indicates high professionalism. First, I passed biochemistry, and even earlier hormones. Bilirubins were elevated, but as it turned out later, it was Gilbert’s syndrome. Anastasia calculated the cumulative dose and agreed to start treatment with Aknetin, gave me contacts for communication.

I really appreciated the thoroughness with which Anastasia Anatolyevna even approached skin care issues, reviewing the composition of each product, and there were quite a few of them. One of the tasks was to create a medication diary with a track of weight and dosage, an online Excel spreadsheet helped with this. In the first week there was a rash, then the sebum secretion gradually decreased, the skin on the face and hands became sensitive to cold, the lips and all the mucous membranes dried out. Every month or two I passed biochemistry to control bilirubin and other indicators.

The treatment lasted from September 2023 to December 2025, the therapy was extended because I gained weight, so I had to raise the cumulative dose. During this long time, Anastasia Anatoliyevna was always in touch and supported me with her professional advice, understanding my questions and personal concerns.

When the course of aknetin came to an end, it turned out that the doctor no longer accepts in my city. But I am very grateful that Anastasia still consulted with the end of treatment online and talked about topical skin support after acnetin, regardless of the distance. Anastasia also has an excellent psychological approach, especially in matters related to the duration of therapy and possible relapses.
